How to Start?

Client Onboarding & Order Requirements

Thank you for choosing Prep Service Texas. To ensure smooth communication, accurate order processing, and efficient fulfillment, please complete the following requirements before placing your first order.

1. WhatsApp Communication Group — Required

A dedicated WhatsApp group is required for all account and order-related communication.

Please add the following Prep Service Texas representatives to the group and make them Administrators:

  • Kashif — +1 954 696 9622
  • Fariah — +1 954 736 7066

This group will be used for order updates, product information, shipping details, and other fulfillment-related communication.

2. Information & Documents Required to Open an Account

Please provide the following:

A. Business Owner’s Full Name
B. Company Name
C. Company’s Legal Address
D. Resale Certificate and Articles of Incorporation — PDF format
E. Business Email Address & Phone Number
F. Company Website

Order Name Requirement

All orders must be submitted under the Company Name or the Actual Owner’s Full Name provided during account registration.

The name used on the order must correspond with the information and documentation provided when opening the account.

3. Product Information Required

After your account has been approved, please provide:

  • Product URL
  • Quantity Required

Providing this information before placing your order allows us to review the product and provide an estimated fulfillment/prep cost.

This helps you determine your expected costs and calculate your potential profit before proceeding with the purchase.

4. Payment & Shipping

Once your order has been prepared and is ready to ship, we will provide:

  • Final package dimensions
  • Package weight
  • Applicable fulfillment/shipping charges
  • Invoice

Payment confirmation is required before the order is shipped.
